SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the Coach Mamba text messaging program operated by Mamba Holdings LLC.

1. Program Description

The Coach Mamba SMS program sends automated transactional text messages to students and clients who opt in. Messages are limited to onboarding messages, scheduling and session confirmations, course access links, and account or support updates. We do not send investment advice, trade signals, stock or crypto alerts, or promotional marketing texts.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our form at coachmamba.com and separately checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box. The consent box states that you agree to receive automated transactional messages with varying frequency from Coach Mamba at the number provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to receive the free course. Leaving the box unchecked has no effect on your course access, and we will contact you by email only. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you submit.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Most students receive a small number of messages during onboarding, plus messages you trigger yourself, such as replying HELP.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Coach Mamba does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also email Admin@coachmamba.com to be removed. To rejoin, submit the form again and check the SMS consent box.

6. How to Get Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at Admin@coachmamba.com.

7. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Your Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, opt in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only to deliver those messages. SMS consent is never transferred to another brand. 9. Changes to Your Number

Notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number so we can update our records and avoid messaging a subsequent holder of that number.

10. No Financial Advice

Messages contain account and scheduling information related to an educational program. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they are never a signal or a recommendation to trade. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss.
